Quick Receipes:
Quick easy and healthy (Enriched with protein and vitamins) snack
One can of Chick peas
One small chopped green pepper
One small chopped red pepper
One small chopped green onions
One small cup of boiled potatoes
½ teaspoon of sugar
½ teaspoon lemon juice
Add salt and black pepper as per taste
Mix everything altogether
Dessert:
One glass of milk
One small bowl of fine vermicelli
Boil milk and add vermicelli in it
Cook for 2-3 minutes until it gets soft, then put one tablespoon sugar in it. Cook for another 2 minutes and add some almonds and pistachio. Serve it hot or cold.
Sandwich:
2 boiled eggs
2 slices of bread
Salt
Pepper
1 spoon mayonnaise
(Chopped Cucumber, Green Pepper, Celery)Optional
Mash the eggs and add mayonnaise in it.
Add salt and pepper as per taste.
Mix it well.
Mix the chopped vegetables if any.
Spread the mixture on the slices of bread.
